In the second quarter of 2022, the top five geolocation games in Europe showed varied performance on a unified platform, combining data from both iOS and Android. Here's a breakdown of how each game fared in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users, based on Sensor Tower's data.

Pokémon GO from Niantic, Inc. demonstrated robust performance. The game's weekly revenue saw significant peaks, reaching approximately $4.2M in the final week of May. Weekly downloads fluctuated, with a noticeable increase to about 267K in late March and stabilizing around 209K by the end of June. Active users also showed a steady rise, peaking at roughly 11.4M in mid-June.

STEPN, published by FindSatoshi Lab Limited, experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting from around 156K in late March and reaching a high of 260K by late April. However, downloads declined to approximately 64K by the end of June. Active users followed a similar trend, peaking at about 488K in late May before dropping to around 454K by the end of the quarter.

Five Nights at Freddy's AR by Illumix, Inc. showed a decline in weekly revenue, starting at $4.5K in late March and decreasing to around $1.5K by mid-June. Weekly downloads also declined from about 71K in late March to roughly 31K by the end of June. Active users decreased steadily, from approximately 263K in late March to around 137K by the end of June.

Aglet - Avatar Social Game, developed by Onlife Ltd, saw a dramatic spike in weekly downloads, reaching around 215K in early May, up from just 1.5K in late March. This surge was mirrored in the game's active users, which peaked at about 246K in mid-May. Revenue also saw a significant increase, peaking at around $30.6K in mid-May, before gradually declining.

Walken.io, published by Move To Play Holdings LTD, showed strong initial performance following its release in early June. Weekly downloads started at around 252K and declined to approximately 54K by the end of June. Active users saw a slight decrease from about 141K in early June to around 106K by the end of the month.
